This is much better than adding comments to Carol's posts... less windows to open up and we don't miss each others comments.
I am going to try to post a photo that I found... one that I carried around with me in my billfold for years when I was younger and we carried photos of our friends, boy friends, cousins, etc.
Guess who they are.

As the younger cousin, I was enthralled with all that black hair that Peggi and Sharon had!
Man was I a bean pole!! Way funny... I was always in awe of my beautiful cousins and felt like such a county hick compared to them.

will try it - I figured it was Peggi, Sharon and Nanc - definitely mid 60's even without the date. Right Nanc - you and Carol was as skinny as I was fat - 4'11' - 260 - 10 pounds heavier and 13" shorter that I am now. Ha - country hicks - now it is fashionable. Smiles, Clair

Speaking of beautiful hair... I have not seen Peggi, but last time I saw Sharon, she still had beautiful hair.... very long and very thick. A bit gray... but that nice gray that dark headed people get...silvery.
Seen photos of Nanc and she also seems to have beautiful thick hair and not much gray.
Mine all fell out a few years ago... talk about stress!!! and when it came back it is not near as thick as it used to be. Getting old is not for sissys!!!

Big hair was the word of the day back then...and we sure did try and make it come true! If we only knew then what we all know now....Simple and comfortable are today's words!

Thank you for the nice comment Bunny, but I'm pretty sure my hair was dyed blonde when you last seen me..still is!
And I've never had thick hair (no matter how much I wished for it!)..but thanks to a blow dryer it looks fluffier/thicker maybe?! :-D
Peggi did have thick dark hair..but it was dark auburn..she is the only one in the family to have that shade of color too..that I know of.
Today her hair is long..longer than mine I think!
I had that shirt when I was 14..so the picture must have been taken sometime in 1950.

Guess I was so excited to see you after so many years, I did not remember hair color. Just remember it was long.
How ya been? Have not heard from you forever and the last few times I tried e-mailing you it came back as undeliverable. Not that I was very good at keeping in touch.
